The 'hasslin'g at my front door when I left to try and get my custom back.
General Comments
Both me and my sister were with Scottish power we live within minutes of each other and have the same style house. She moved to Scottish power six months before me and they have offered to cap her payment for two years while my direct debit increased to twice the amount? When I asked for an explanation they couldn't give me one so I switched to Atlantic and my payments have halved. I have just had a visit from a guy from Scottish power who tried to get me to change back and he would cap my payment. I am steaming. Asked why he waited till I had moved and he couldn't answer. I'm glad I moved!
