Bad Points

The website provides no simple way to obtain a renewal quote - you have to enter all details of vehicle, claims, etc as if it was a brand new policy. They will not offer me "protected" No Claims Discount. Also, they only quote my NCD as "five or more years", which is not good when 11 months ago my previous insurer said I had 9 years. The home-printed insurance certificate has raised some eyebrows. A friend was refused a tax disc as the PO clerk didn't believe his was real - I had no such problems as I bought my tax disc online.


General Comments

Easy to buy. Cheap. Very cheap. Easy to use website. Insurance certificate immediately available (as a PDF). Answered a couple of queries promptly by email. No experience of their claims handling efficiency.
