Good Points

They were the cheapest quote.
The actual components of the window (Synseal) appear to be good quality.


Bad Points

Left the job half finished!
Often failed to return phone calls, but were quick to contact me when they wanted paying for an unfinished job!
When they agreed to come out & repair, they booked a time but then didn't turn up!


General Comments

Window was fitted in September 2007, Warwickshire Window Company were the lowest quote and the windows looked good. They said the job would be done in a day!
Most of it was, but the window wasn't rendered back in at the top, so water came through, and lots of it! After numerous phone calls & promises to come out & repair I finished the job off myself.

Since then there have been problems with the window shutting. The seal doesn't meet up all the way round and a considerable draft comes through. They've already been out twice to attempt a repair, but it's only got worse. When they agree to come out & repair, they don't give you a time in advance. Today they called at 3.30 and I agreed to leave work early so as someone could come at 4.30. No one turned up!

My advice: don't be swayed by the low prices, or helpful sales reps, once they had my money I felt it was a different story!
