Hard Drive installation is completely trivial, don't need to open the case and don't need to use any screws.
User interface is dreadful, the EPG is tiny and unpleasant.
Cannot record from the EPG if the show is currently showing.
Cannot watch something that you are still recording.
No MHEG-5 support (interactive services, teletext etc.)
When using with a 4:3 screen, you can choose between a letterboxed image and an image that is zoomed far too closely.
I bought this as a cheap replacement for my now very old Pace Twin, unfortunately the feature set of the Pace far out strips this unit.
Only recommended if you have a spare drive kicking around, as a considerably better unit can be available with a drive for not a lot more.
