Good Points

Very helpful staff, efficent and trouble-free purchase of policy. At least half the price of so-called 'real deal' motorcycle insurance companies. I would recommend ebike as first choice.

General Comments

eBike Motorbike Insurance is very easy to make a claim and their specialist repair partner 4th Dimension are so professional and responsive - It's like you are their only customer. Rarely have I experienced such customer focused service. The best yet.

    Well you must have been lucky. Like others i've had to do all the chasing around and arrange for my bike to be collected by their approved repairer - 4th Dimension (never heard of them). It's taken over a week and my bike is still at home awaiting collection!
