Absolutely None!! Well, I guess the only good point would be that we didn't crash.
Bad Points
You name it! Flight delayed 6 hours, lost luggage, took 5 days to return luggage, found them very difficult to deal with (they don't particularly speak English).
General Comments
If you are thinking about flying Eurofly to Italy, I really wouldn't do it!! Seriously, I'm not kidding. Even if someone offers you free tickets, please take my advice and DON'T DO IT! They are, without question in my opinion, the most inept airline in business today - I can't even believe they are actually still in business, I found them so horrible! I have traveled all around the world, and this was absolutely, without question, hands down the WORST traveling experience I have ever had. Here's the story: my wife and I went to Italy for our honeymoon a few months ago, and we chose Eurofly because they had a much better price than their competitors (there's a reason for that...). First of all, our flight from JFK was supposed to leave at 9:00 PM, and it didn't leave until 4:00 a.m. the next morning! It was delayed for 6 hours! They actually told us that they have 2 planes (yes 2, total!) and one of them was delayed in Naples, so all of their flights were delayed. The flight attendants appeared visibly exhausted, and basically gave us the absolute bare minimum of service; less than that really. They only came around once on the whole flight. So right away, our first-day-in-Rome plans were completely gone because we arrived 6+ hours later than we were supposed to. But THAT'S NOT ALL! When we arrived in Rome, my luggage was nowhere to be seen! It had been lost! So there I am on my honeymoon, trying to have a great time with my new wife, and I have NO LUGGAGE! The Eurofly people at the airport could barely speak English and couldn't give me any answers at all, they just gave me a phone number to call the following day. So then, our 2nd day of our honeymoon in Rome was ruined because we spent the whole morning trying to track down my luggage (and most of the rest of the day shopping for clothes because I had none!). We called the number they gave us and they also could barely speak English, so that conversation went nowhere. We had the hotel call them, and he spoke to them in Italian - they basically told him that they had no idea where our luggage was and that it usually takes them a minimum of 3 days to locate and return it. On the 3rd day, still no luggage and no answers from Eurofly, I called them again and said I'd call the US Embassy because I found out that they have a service that helps Americans in situations like this. Later that day Eurofly called the hotel and said they had found my bag and were delivering it the next day. SO - when we returned to our room on the 4th day, we were very happy to see a suitcase in our room. HOWEVER, it wasn't my suitcase!! It was some other poor guy's suitcase! The name tag on the suitcase clearly showed that it wasn't my name, wasn't even the same flight! So it seems they screwed up again!! Well, I called them back and gave them hell for that, and again told them that I would be calling the US Embassy. They assured me they would get my bag to me as soon as possible. FINALLY, the next day - the FIFTH DAY of our honeymoon - my bag finally arrived. And it was really my bag this time! Needless to say, I was VERY happy to see it. It turns out it had gone on another flight to Palermo - this was mind boggling because my wife and I handed them our bags at the same time and only mine was lost, PLUS they had 6 HOURS while our flight was delayed to figure it out and get it on the right plane.. In the meantime, I had spent hundreds of dollars (because of the horrible exchange rate) on necessary clothes. We left Rome and continued on our honeymoon for another 2 weeks and after we arrived home, I tried to get Eurofly to reimburse me for at least some of the cost of the clothes that I had to buy, and they refused!! They said you have to submit claims within 7 days! Well, I was still traveling ON MY HONEYMOON for another 2 weeks and couldn't submit any claims!!! Did I mention that I was ON MY HONEYMOON!!! I was furious at this point. They never gave in and never reimbursed me and were very difficult to deal with (again because of the language issue). So in short, if you choose to fly Eurofly, well I really would think again. I don't care how much money you might save. If you do it, you deserve everything you've got coming to you because you have been warned! This was BY FAR the worst travel experience I have every had in my life and I will clearly never, ever use Eurofly again and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!! The good news is, in case you're wondering, my wife and I ended up having a great honeymoon in Naples and Istanbul, Turkey after we left Rome (WITH our luggage!)...
