Good Points

We have the Henry Hound model it picks up better than any other cleaner even other henry's.


Bad Points

Flex sometimes wants a little bit of attention, nothing major!


General Comments

We've got the Numatic Henry HHR200 Hound model, it is all over generally good. Flex doesn't come out easily gets stuck sometimes and when you go to pull it cleaner turns over on its side but apart from that its good and great on dog hairs!
