General Comments
My suspected my card has been compromised (identity theft?) and as you can imagine I'm a tad stressed about it. Did Abbey help? No. I rang to ask about some unidentifiable transactions, the department said they would look in to it and "suggested" I stop my card, why is it a different dept I have to call separately? 10 days later no card, nobody at the call center will help me as they need to do a card search, whatever that is, I can't go on line to do it as my card is not valid and I can't pay bills except at my nearest branch which is a long way from where I live. Also the call center can't put me through to dept for me to ask how transaction search is going or where the form to register the problem is. I'm totally astray from my finances except for the o/d letter I received today. I'm frustrated and stressed.
