Easy to use
Cheap
Good customer service
The service by the company was excellent. The customer service people are also very knowledgeable.
The software itself is easy to use, with clear and concise steps. Although it guides you along a process, it also gives you the flexibility to use your own imagination.
If you are considering writing a novel, I would highly recommend you use Newnovelist software.
