My car was involved in an accident on May 23 2008. It was not my fault and the owner of the other vehicle has admitted liability. It took two seperate engineers to write the car off. I have been promised a cheque twice each time coming out by first class post as of 7th July 2008 it has not arrived yet. There must an official complaints procedure I can go through because this is absolutely disgusting their service is an absolute disgrace.
I will NEVER use Churchill insurance again and I will actively discourage anybody to use them in the future. Absolutely shocking.
