Good Points

Ice on tap, cold water on tap and plenty of room in fridge.


Bad Points

Freezer is a bit on the small side, cope ok with family of 3 but bigger families would need a seperate freezer.


General Comments

Had problem with freezer making loud noise, rang samsung and they said there is a fault with that model(rs21) engineer is coming out on tuesday and fitting an upgrade, and giving us an extended warranty, can't say farer than that.
over all a very good fridge freezer.
