Good Points
It worked straight out of the box... once.

Bad Points
After it had worked once, it never worked again.

General Comments
From the short 'test' journey from the shop to my house, my Tom Tom One seemed pretty good. However, after following the instructions and downloaded the latest software and updates, it stopped working. After two hours with telephone support, I was advised to take it back to the shop and swap it - which I did, for another brand.
