Bad Points

Software didn't function on my new Mac. The downloads simply did not appear in the window. So I canceled the free trial for both the music and the audiobooks and then immediately a charge appeared on my credit card for $9.99 saying I had downloaded two audiobooks. In reality I got nothing. Customer service says they cannot issue a refund in this situaiton. So I instructed my credit card company to deny payment and then issued me a credit.


General Comments

Seems to be a problem with working with Macs. Free trial is misleading since once they have the credit card number they are going to charge for something whether you're satisfied or not. I would recommend everyone just avoid and go to iTunes. If you have a problem with iTunes you can always just go into the Apple Store and get it fixed....

    This problem with Macs may now have been fixed. I joined up in September 2008 and have had no difficulty with downloads.

    My only (minor) irritation is that I can't see what the file size is before I download it.
