Rubbish customer service, charge you for every little thing.


General Comments

This is the second review I have written about Budget and I'm not one to moan but I am so annoyed, not only were they any help when I got hit by a bike last October, the work carried out to my car was so bad (they would not even take it back to fix it) that when I had to get rid of the car they charged me again an admin fee. I've been driving for 17 years and had one accident and when they sent me my renewal notice they wanted to charge me £1014 for a years insurance! When I phoned to discuss they dropped it down to £593.00 but I told them I wasn't interested. Just gone with another insurance company, full comp for £202.00
