Good Points

Relatively cheap.


Bad Points

Shocking service in my view - 2 hours late with no apology, another airline used by XL - Latcharter, had to unpack a towel from being 1kg overweight when a massive queue behind us! Poor customer service in my opinion, no apparent communication... the list goes on.


General Comments

If there is an alternative then I'd choose it!! You have been warned. XL make RyainAir look like Virgin in my opinion!
