Cheap.
The power user package is nice as it comes with a few features.
Very poor customer service and I mean very poor.
The "99.9% uptime" does not apply to mySQL databases (in fact it's just not 99.9% full stop.)
Very slow response times, unlike streamline.net's homepage which is super fast.
I have been with streamline.net for about 5-6 years now and the only thing that keeps me with them is the price of the packages.
The customer service is very poor indeed. They use a support ticketing based system with responses that are like from a child who set up a hosting server from his bedroom.
They delete all your data on the server, if you don't pay intime. This happened to me, even though i had actually paid on-time via paypal. Their response in a ticket was that i needed to inform them via a support ticket of my payment... Instead of actually checking to see if a payment had been made by the customer they just deleted everything.
A company that does not know whether money is coming in, is a company i would not trust with my bank details... which is why I pay via paypal.
Also the random downtimes is very bad. My site went offline for 2 days due to a mysql database being dead (i had another mysql database with them, that was working for a different website). I contacted them and their response was to move my website over to the mysql database that was working.. instead of just fixing it.
I will be leaving these guys as soon as a get the chance so my advice to anyone thinking about going with these guys is don't.
