Absolutely none. Without doubt the worst airline I have ever flown with.

General Comments

I will try and keep this concise but it's hard to know what to leave out. My husband and I booked a flight to Toronto and my parents booked the same flight on another day. Both return flights were changed twice, not just the times but the days with little time to make alternative arrangements. We were all out of pocket on unused hotels and car hire and no chance of compensation by Zoom. The airline was filthy, the food absolutely awful and some of the staff very unhelpful. Never ever ever will I book with this airline again and I strongly advise you to do the same.
