excellent customer care
i ordered a fridge online from www.johnlewis.com which was delivered in two days. a couple of days after i had been using it, i noticed a large scratch near the base which i had missed when unpacking it.
i was hesitant to call as i had not reported it as soon as i had unpacked it - but as soon as i did, they apologised and replaced it with a new model in two days!
excellent service on all counts - i would go back to them just for their customer service!
