Good Points

Location, cleanness, friendly and helpful staff.


Bad Points

Broken shower head and breakfast


General Comments

We had a very enjoyable weekend in Prague and hotel was in an excellent location. It was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The only down sides was that the shower head was broken, it kept falling down and also the buffet breakfast, we felt, was not very good. The breakfast was lovely at the Red Hot and Blues, although we did pay an extra 60 crowns, it was worth it.
The collection service both to and from the airport provided by PragueDiscountHotels was excellent.
