General Comments

I ordered some dive stuff from www.deepbluedive.com at the end of April 2008 to be sent to the Canary Islands. They were only too happy to give me a delivery price of just under £10. After some weeks I entered the tracking number for Parcel Force and it seemed my package went on a journey via france, germany, spain and ended up in Newcastle. I informed Deep Blue Dive Centre and they said they would look into it. After emailing them for a response I was informed that they would repost it out when the goods arrived back to them. I had since given them a UK address to post it to. I haven't heard from them yet.

    Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the couriers - in this case we have to follow their procedure which can involve waiting a set number of days before re-posting an item.
