General Comments

I have experienced very poor support.
Vague at best replies that never addresses the question to my satisfaction.
Only one support ticket allowed at a time. If I have more than one problem then it can take a while to get fixed.
Strange billing circle and they automatically take out payments without first contacting me.

Do not recommend them at all.
