Bad Points

Ordered in March - not fitted until May - should have been completed 6th June - as at today - been left with a huge snag list one of which is a leaking sink so we can't use the bathroom at all.


General Comments

I think the customer service at Dolphin Bathrooms is non-existent and a real disgrace. I found it impossible to get through to a Manager to discuss issues with. The reception staff seemed rude to me and refused to put me through to named contacts. We have no idea when our bathroom will be finished - we just get excuse after excuse.

I found Dolphin Bathrooms to be over priced and sub-standard. DO NOT RECOMMEND using under any circumstances.
