I felt Moneybooker was not secure enough to handle my funds or monetary transfer as I had no confidence with security or protection... therefore I do not recommend them.
I personally found to many holes in the system that I was not happy with and would personally not use Moneybooker again.
The internet is not secure or has any good security. You just have to be vigilant and cautious when dealing with money online, well I believe so.
If it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true....if it doesn't feel right or safe, do not jump....run!
