Good Points

Studio is quite easy to spell...


Bad Points

Too many to list. Mostly comes down to my experience of disorganisation, incompetence, poor customer service etc etc


General Comments

We bought a product from Studio Cards as a present that, upon receiving it, we decided was not up to scratch. We phoned to ask about returning it and we were informed that they would wipe it off our bill and not to send it until they had done so. To cut a long story short after dozens of phone calls, several overdue payment charges, and a letter to the head of customer services, it was dropped and the product returned - BUT WHAT A HASSLE. After that we wanted nothing more to do with them and tried to cancel our account. We still received catalogues, with our account number etc on it. This was really annoying particularly as we were planning to move. We didn't want others to have access to this account... EVENTUALLY this was sorted.
