Absolutely none at all.
Poor attitude to customer service. Be warned - do not use Direct Line Insurance unless you plan to never make a claim.
"Of course you can have a hire car whilst we repair yours" they said. What they don't say is that they will only let you have a hire car for two weeks. Its just tough if your car isn't repaired at the end of two weeks.
