I was keen to insure my pets with the Kennel Club - I liked their values and felt I would get an excellent service. As other pet owners have identified, I object to having to pay 10% of all vet fees as well as pay a £50 excess. I have cancelled both my policies. I have decided to pay the £75 per month insurance fees into a special bank account to meet any veterinary fees I may incur.
