General Comments

It took forever to get to me, the website said free postage paid envelope and it wasnt yet they put it on the UK website. Also, it took two weeks to get the mould and then once sent back even though its priority, when I checked the postage, its regular first class that takes another 2 weeks to get back. The trays don't have the gum parts cut out so the gel got all over my gums because they're not cut around just the teeth and then they caused major irritation to my nerves and the next day I spent taking painkillers because my teeth hurt. £300 is probably better than £70 odd for a priority service that didn't work and real sensitive teeth after.
