Queues for rides (but what do you expect as its very popular and safety must be paramount).
Huge park, lots of buzz, lots to do for all ages, excellent and slick organisation. Park employees all friendly and helpful. Can't stress how good the attention to detail really is. Best to get a hotel day park pass like we did. You see so much more and your are much less stressed (ie no driving). We stayed in Alton Towers Hotel which is frankly brilliant!
