Bad Points

Very poor customer service level. Not interested in how a theft occurred as too busy telling me that the claim was being denied and that I was silly to expect otherwise!


General Comments

I had my mobile phone stolen from what I would consider to be a safe place on Monday. Having spoken to a fairly helpful operative at CPP then put me back on to 3 to get the IMEI number. What he forgot to say was that CPP's lines are closed at 5pm so when 3 tried to reconnect me there was no reply. I called back at 9am on Tuesday to be greeted by a very grumpy man who, as soon as I gave him my IMEI number, told me my claim was denied. He would not listen to any reasonable argument against his decision and made me feel like a silly little girl who had been told off by the Headmaster. I am now writing to their Head Office and if I get no joy will be going to the Insurance Ombudsman.
