On April 19th I ordered £342 worth of Football equipment. I had ordered it to prepare for a football tournament on the 30th of May. After 2 weeks and still no sign of my goods i contacted Sports Centre Direct by phone and the employee I spoke to gave me a very assuring response saying many different reasons of why my equipment hadn't been delivered yet. Finally on the 20th of May (1 month after my order was made) I asked them to cancel my order and supply me with a full refund, which they agreed to there and then on the phone. I also sent them an E-Mail confirming that i wanted to cancel my order which they acknowledged that they had received.
After 30 days of waiting for my refund i yet again phoned them numerous times to find where my money had gone and why it had not been deposited into my account, and yet again i was promised to be contacted the same day but I didn't receive a reply. Still to date I haven't received a refund which is roughly 50-60 days after the date when it was demanded.
