Going home, food.


Bad Points

I thought the staff could be better, in my view the plastic glasses and cups could be improved on, and no apparent adult entertainment, we also didn't find any tea and coffee for early morning departures and late arrivals.


General Comments

I thought the pools at Hotel Sol Balmoral needed a good clean, bottom pool is a mess in my view, and I think all the sun beds need a service and clean. I also think that some staff could treat people better, and they also could've provided us with more of a smile. I think it would be good to clean cat mess from around pool too.
