General Comments

I have just had possibly the worst flying experience of my life with this airline. The seat I was asked to sit in was loose and dirty, there was no electricity down the right hand side of the plane and it was awful. Trying to get through to customer service is a complete nightmare, I so wish i had read some of the reviews that ive only now come across before I had booked with this terrible terrible airline.
