Good Points

Have got through on the phone pretty quickly.


Bad Points

No payout! Advisers show a distinct lack of interest.


General Comments

My kitten is 10 months old. In April he was diagnosed with porto systemic shunt - resulting in over £2000 in vets fees. First claim for went off early May.....and still nothing. Apparently they require a medical history of the kitten. The vet has faxed this 3 times to Tesco. Tesco still insisting they haven't received it! Don't know what to do short of driving up there myself and handing them a copy. Once this is sorted it's back to pet plan for me.
