General Comments

I setup an automatic transfer from my current business account (TD Bank) to ING ...I chose 'DAILY' and figured I would transfer money to a checking account in order for ING to process.... here's the problem; ING failed to mention that they are the ONLY insitution (I can think of) that actually count weekends as a'business day'' ...therefore my amounts transferred were coming up short by 2-days, right from the start, and to make matters worse, my bank advised me of multiple attempts by ING...putting my brand new TD Account well into the minus ($366 in 4-days) ...due to ING's lack of communication. So now I've placed a hold on all transfers, until I get this back up to par...wow what a mess...and did I mention that I opened my ING account 3-weeks ago? Man what a star!

    Perhaps this customer should have askd a few more questions prior to allowing an automatic "daily" withdrawal fom his other account. I note that ALL of my credit cards for example close out the account on a certain date and add interest if aplicable on that date whether it is a weekend or not. The so-called autoatics are done by computer which does work on the weekend.
