Bad Points

You have to queue for 20 minutes just to get some deposit bags and then they give you about 4.


General Comments

I would like to know why sometimes I now have to queue for about 20 minutes just to get some natwest banking bags and then they only give me about 4 when we use about 7 a day sometimes and when I ask for some more I get told you cant, when they used to give you a whole batch full.
I also used to be able to queue up at the front desk to get a bag stamped which is a 5 second job but now I also have to queue for at least 10 minutes and they also never seem to have the fast banking desks open so I dont see what the point of having them is.
