Good Points

As a small business, its good that I can see what is happening in my account, concerning cash flow.


Bad Points

At this moment I need to go through the telephone or wait to see if the bank call.


General Comments

You want to be happy with your bank and feel that you are working together. With this new system in place, you feel like someone on the outside of a shop window and all you can do is look in.
