Good Points

Easy to use, great for checking out of hours and to see exactly when direct debits are taken from your account.


Bad Points

A bit slow to post transactions not sure why but some seem to take forever to show?


General Comments

Real reason to leave a review is I had trouble accessing the web page kept telling me this page could not be found I tried for a couple of days then called the call centre where I was met by someone who seemed to know exactly what she was talking about for some reason aol has updated the server and it won't allow this page to be shown which is not Clydesdale Banks fault, but all you have to do is log on through Internet Explorer or Firefox whichever you have, I did it as she was talking and had no problem whatsoever! Hope this helps anyone else who is having the same problems!
