Good Points
Search, speed, clean interface, unobtrusive adds, chat without having to download software, mail search, filters, keystroke shortcuts, expanding memory at nearly 7 gigs!

Bad Points
I wish it had, on the page, an interface with Google Calendar.

General Comments
This is my primary email. It is not perfect yet, but it is feature rich and easy to work with. No other email is as close to perfect as Gmail!
