Good Points

Good specification/price ratio. Expandable motherboard for future requirements while keeping intial ouitlay to a minimum.


Bad Points

Power off only acheived by holding power button for 4 seconds - although Windows can shutdown machine itself automatically.


General Comments

Having been impressed by the specifications and prices presented on the Gladiator web site, I was not disapointed when I received my machine.
The machine was purchased with an operating system and I received all the authentic Windows disks should I wish to rebuild in the future.
The machine, having Windows ME, booted extremly quickly, and I was instantly ready to add my applications and personalise my new system.
Having added MS Office and all my games, my system is still performing well even with a full system tray (MS Messenger & GetRight etc).
Overall I believe my purchase should last me well for all applications over the next couple of years while giving me the upgradeability options - e.g I'm told by Gladiator that this machine supports the new AMD XP 1800+ processor.
