Good Points

Good pricing.
Good policy layout, easy to understand.
Friendly but not very useful.


Bad Points

Foreign call centres who dont' understand you.
Incorrect poilcy details.
incorrect prices.
incorrect Insurance certificates.


General Comments

Myself and my partner have been with More Than for a few years now, but we will be going else where from now on.
The last couple of years the policy details have been constantly incorrect, my partner was in tears last week because she had her 10th set of insurance documents through the post, and yes they were wrong again, each time we phoned them and they failed to correct the problems.
