General Comments

I visited the shop in Derby and eventually bought a matress protector after the staff appeared to be reading comics and laughing and joking. When I got home my partner noticed I had purchased the wrong thing and within 24 hours she tried to return the item (which was still in its original unopened packaging with the receipt). The staff would not refund the money or give a credit note, I found them totally unhelpful. I emailed the shop and haven't yet received a reply or acknowledgment.
