Conveniently-located shops, excellent products at reasonable prices BUT some poor back-office admin
Bad Points
As at July 2008, I have been trying for two years to get D&A's admin system for "contact lenses by post" to accept that I use the shop in Winchester Hampshire NOT the old branch in Nelson Lancashire. I have even involved the Head of professional Services, to resolve this; guess what arrived on my doorstep on July 1st 2008???
General Comments
Overall a premier supplies, badly let-down (repeatedly) by sub-optimal administration systems in the back office. 2009 may be the final straw for me...

having purchased a pair of specticals in feb 09 and having to return to the store on 9 seperate occassions between then and mid May 09 due to the lens falling out I would not recommend D&A to anyone. The store staff are complacent and even though the frame was replaced with an identical one and the problem occured yet again I never once received any appology or sympathy. I have gone elsewhere to buy a pair of glasses as I wear the all day everyday and need them to be reliable I have now spent a total of £450. not including travel costs for the 9 visits!!
