Answer the phone in a reasonably short time.
Extended warranty was not worth the paper it is written on! Will never go into a comet shop again!!!
We have 2 year old fridge under extended warranty. This has been attempted to be repaired 4 times now. Still does not cool down. They have left a family of five without a working fridge for three months now and still will not try harder to fix the problem.
Very poor customer relations!
