Customer service is outstanding. Product range is also pretty big.
Prices are unfortunately high.
We regularly shop at John Lewis. The customer collection facility in store is brilliant - pay for your goods at the checkout and they'll send them to the collection point in the car park for you to collect later when you've finished all your shopping. The sales advisors are knowledgeable and there is a wide product range available. Prices can be higher than elsewhere but then quality costs.
