Good Points

Excellent value for money, it seemed to have a lot of features and i was not forced into to buying 'extras' they i do not really need.

General Comments

At first i thought this machine was too cheap, as the others I had been looking at were over £500, but when i phoned up they seemed happy to talk me through the entire specification - it had everything I needed.
Unlike most web sites I found that Gladiator Computers openly gave out their phone number online and had staff on hand to give advice. I actually made my purchase over thhe phone (I prefer dealing with people!) even though I found them from a search engine.
I have been impressed with the specification, my kids are able to run all the software they could ever need and as there is the possibility of upgrading easilly I hope to keep it up to date with their software requirements in the future.
