Waiting for the good points
Sales rep for this company just disappeared, despite his promise he would return, he never showed and we have not heard from him since.
Thinking of using this company, off to a bad start though asked just for gas and electric, but they cancelled with out permission
our phone with AOL, and we spent hours in calls trying to reconnect with AOL. now we have to wait three weeks. as for all these reviews there either terrible or great, I find this suspicious, where's the middle ground.
