Good Points

Bar staff were friendly but didn't find the management to be.


Bad Points

We witnessed in our opinion absolutely no customer service. When my girlfriend and I arrived we were given in our opinion a disgracefully unkempt room that faced into a lane way and there was a very loud bar below us so we could not even go on to our balcony because of the noise and drunk teenagers whistling up at us from the bar. When we went down to request a new room the manager/owner became quite aggressive and refused to move us. (he maybe assumed we were just more teenagers on our first holiday that were willing to take this.) When he realised that we were not going to be a pushover he said come back tomorrow as it was quite late and there were no rooms available until people checked out the next day. We were moved the next day after complaining to our travel company rep, to a nicer apartment that was at least bearable to live in for a week. But the damage had already been done and we could not enjoy our holiday to the full with the thought of the managers behaviour in the back of our minds.

We were moved the next day after complaining to our travel company rep, to a nicer apartment that was at least bearable to live in for a week. But the damage had already been done and we could not enjoy our holiday to the full with the thought of the managers behaviour in the back of our minds.
I would not stay here if I were you.
