Good Points

On out service was spot on, my driver was at the terminal when I arrived.


Bad Points

On our return we waited 10 minutes but this was a peak period at T5 so not a problem. Checked my car before I left and reported the damage that I found.


General Comments

The damage was handled very well and I was told about the cameras they have on site to help identify any false claims, which is good. Mine was not damaged and therefore got repaired. Well handled and all resolved. These things do happen I guess, but it is how it is all handled in the end. Will use them again, excellent service and excellent staff and hey, excellent customer service team too.
