Friendliness of instructors.
Slopes and facilities in good order.
Equipment reasonable.
Changing facilities good.
Overall facility is really excellent.
Lots of parking.
Queuing for equipment.
Lack of choice (size) in board rental.
Too near Trafford Centre, traffic queues appalling.
Experience of an all day snow-boarding lesson.
Dependent on time of day, set off in good time. I arrived with 30mins to go and "just" got onto lessons in time. The traffic getting off M60 to Chill Factor can be very slow. Equipment rental queues were slow, boots were very comfortable, instructor sent me back to get a bigger board as one supplied was too small. They didn't have the right size, so I had to take a smaller sized board. Not great as a beginner.
Instructor was great, very friendly and split time well.
All day lesson is very tiring and you need a level of fitness I didn't have.
Going on to main slope at end of day was scary, but overcame this and looking forward to next visit.
Will definitely return and try and learn from these mistakes.
A great asset to Manchester, just the M60 junction that really lets the location down. If the right investment had been made the whole area could have been so much better.
