General Comments

This company is awful and not to be confused with Norwich Union proper (or Aviva as it now calls itself).
All communication with them has to be conducted through what seems to me to be an outsourced call centre. They were slow and unhelpful when we phoned as a matter of prudence (& courtesy) to explain that there had been an incident in which the other driver had admitted liability and her insurers had agreed to settle the claim. They quite simply failed to understand what we were saying. So we changed to another company after one year.
